PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high precision combination metal mask plate preventing the fracture of a thin film metal mask upon gauze-stretching and further having a reduced change of the metal mask with a lapse of time by using a gauze having high strength, low elongation and a high elastic modulus and a selected frame body.SOLUTION: The combination metal mask is composed of: a quadrilateral frame body 2; a gauze 4 stretched under a prescribed tension at the inside of the frame body and stretch-provided at the frame body with an adhesive 3; and a thin film metal mask 6 adhered to the peripheral part of the joining area at the central of the gauze after cutting the joining area. As the frame body, the one having reduced deformation after the cutting of the gauze and capable of suppressing strains as possible is selected. As the gauze, not a polyester gauze, a tetronic gauze and a stainless steel gauze but the gauze having the characteristics of high strength, low elongation and a high elastic modulus is selected. In the thin film metal mask, sheet thickness is 25 μm or lower and many through holes to form into mesh openings are formed at the product printing opening pattern region of the central part. |
