PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server device, a program, and an image display system for improving convenience of an image display device.SOLUTION: A server device can be connected with a device that provides contents and an image display device that displays the contents, and includes: index information processing means for providing index information on a content information list screen to the image display device; image data processing means for providing image data of a display screen of a content selected by a user from the list screen to the image display device; and device authentication means for causing the index information processing means and the image data processing means to perform processing, in the case where on the basis of user information including access authority information to the content and identification information of an image display device authorized to display the content, identification information of an image display device that requires acquisition of the content is registered as identification information of an image display device authorized to display the content in the user information. |
