PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reserve parts per lot for an actual demand to the extent possible while suppressing stay of the parts.SOLUTION: The reserve management device 10 includes an element calculation unit 32 for calculating, for each of all combinations of demand and supply, a first element indicating an expected stay period for each kind of parts, a second element indicating the number of demands requiring a plurality of parts per lot, a third element indicating the number of demands which result in late delivery, and a fourth element indicating the number of demands for which parts cannot be reserved per lot. The reserve management device 10 further includes: an evaluation value calculation unit 34 for performing prescribed weighting on the first element, the second element, the third element, and the fourth element respectively and adding them to calculate an evaluation value; and a selection unit 36 for selecting a combination of demand and supply having the smallest evaluation value, out of a plurality of evaluation values obtained from calculation of the evaluation values for each of all the different combinations of demand and supply. |
