PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a titanium dioxide solution easily treatable and utilizable also as a ceramic raw material, a method for advantageously producing the same, and a method for obtaining a perovskite(ABO) type titanium composite oxide being a single phase radiographically at a low temperature by an industrially advantageous method using the titanium dioxide solution.SOLUTION: Provided is a titanium dioxide solution being weak-acid to neutral, colorless transparent liquid obtained by subjecting titanium hydroxide produced by executing hydrolysis to a titanium compound with a hydrogen carbonate and a citric acid ammonium salt to heating treatment in a water solvent. |
