When the group refractive index of a TE0 polarized wave in the i-th waveguide counting from a light incidence surface (12a1) of the core (12) is ng_i_TE, and the group refractive index of a TM0 polarized wave in the i-th waveguide is ng_i_TM, the length L_i[m] of the i-th waveguide satisfies a prescribed relationship. |
