The present invention provides a polyester resin composition having improved physical properties and a molded body thereof. The polyester resin composition according to the present invention comprises (A) a polyester resin and (B1) a terminal-modified polyethylene terephthalate or (B2) a terminally modified polybutylene resin and is characterized in that the above-described (B1) or (B2) is a polyethylene terephthalate or a polybutylene terephthalate, whose terminal(s) is/are modified with a group represented by the following Formula (1) or with a group represented by the following Formula (1) and a metal carboxylate:
