摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a station building power supply device capable of effectively utilizing excess regenerative power, while restraining a variation in electric energy of an AC system for supplying AC electric power to a station load.SOLUTION: A station building power supply device comprises: a power storage part 9 for storing excess regenerative power in a transformation section; a first electric power conversion part 11 for converting DC/DC electric power in a bidirection between a feeder 6 and the power storage part 9; and a second electric power conversion part 12 for converting DC electric power supplied from the power storage part 9 into AC electric power supplied to a station load 4, and a first voltage threshold value is set for detecting generation of the excess regenerative power in the transformation section to feeder voltage, and a first charge amount threshold value is set for detecting whether or not the power storage part 9 can discharge to a charge amount of the power storage part 9, and when the feeder voltage exceeds the first voltage threshold value, the power storage part 9 is charged by supplying the electric power to the power storage part 9 from the feeder 6 by controlling the first electric power conversion part 11, and when the charge amount of the power storage part 9 exceeds a first charge amount threshold value, the electric power is supplied to the station load 4 from the power storage part 9 by controlling the second electric power conversion part 12.
