PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of materializing energy saving in a heat pump system which performs both of hot water supply and heating by using a single heat pump as a heat source.SOLUTION: A heat pump system includes a compressor which pressurizes refrigerant, a condenser which condenses the refrigerant with heat exchange between heat medium for heating and/or water for hot water supply, and condenses the refrigerant, an expander which reduces pressure of the refrigerant, a heat pump having an evaporator which vaporizes the refrigerant, a heating machine which circulates the heat medium for heating to each of the condenser and a heating terminal, and a hot water machine which stores the water for hot water supply from a water supply source into a hot water tank, circulates the water for hot water supply between the condenser and the hot water tank and supplies the water for hot water supply from the hot water tank to a hot water supply portion. The heat pump system can execute a first heat recovery operation which circulates the heat medium for heating to the condenser, circulates the water for hot water supply to the condenser and performs heat recovery from the heat medium for heating to the water for hot water supply in the condenser, while stopping the heat pump. |
