PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently perform an operation by securing an operation space for an operation to be performed through an operating opening even when a cylinder head is miniaturized by restraining the size of the operating opening.SOLUTION: An exhaust rocker arm 46 comprises: a base part 74 in which an exhaust side rocker arm shaft is inserted; and an arm part 76 extending from the base part 74 and giving an acting force for sliding an exhaust valve from its tip to the exhaust valve. Then, when seen from a direction orthogonal to a cylinder center axial line L1, an exhaust side operating opening 83 is formed so that its long shaft is inclined to the cylinder center axial line L1. Also, a position at which the base part 74 contacts a supporting boss supporting the exhaust side rocker arm shaft is set on a side on which the long shaft is inclined to the cylinder center axial line L1. |
