PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, in a case where, when a test material in a specimen is measured with an immunoassay, a collected specimen is floated or diluted into a specimen dilution floated solution and is stored as a specimen floated solution, the measurement value of the test material changes and an accurate measurement result cannot be obtained.SOLUTION: In order to apply to an immunoassay, a specimen dilution floated solution for floating or diluting a specimen is used. The specimen dilution floated solution is stored under an acidic condition, and a stabilizer for suppressing decomposition of a test material due to protease or the like included in the specimen is added, so that the change of the test material in the specimen is suppressed and an accurate measurement result can be obtained. |
