PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic observation system enabling an observer to associate observer-recognizable bearings information with an image of an anterior chamber angle in which bearings information is missing.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic observation system comprises associative means that associates observer-recognizable bearings information with an image of an anterior chamber angle captured by an imaging unit capable of directly imaging the anterior chamber angle. When the associative means uses the characteristics of an iris, at least a first image of an iris 103 and a second image 61 containing an anterior chamber angle 104 and the iris are obtained. An image 54 in which observer-recognizable bearings information is associated with the characteristics of the iris 103 in the first image is then obtained to establish correspondence between the characteristics of the iris 103 in the first image 54 and the characteristics of the iris 103 in the second image 61, thereby obtaining an image 62 in which the bearing information is associated with the anterior chamber angle. The observer-recognizable bearings information is set on the basis of the characteristics (eyelashes, an inner canthus, etc.) of an ocular peripheral area. |
