PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication device capable of accurately measuring the performance characteristic of the radio communication device without being affected by an antenna or enlarging a circuit scale, and also to provide a radio communication device inspection method and a radio communication device manufacturing method.SOLUTION: A radio communication device comprises: an insulating substrate 7; an antenna 1 including an antenna element 1b made of a metal conductor formed on the insulating substrate 7; and a high-frequency circuit 2 including an antenna connection end 2a. One end of the antenna element 1b is open and the one end of the antenna element 1b is provided with a first test terminal 5. Furthermore, the other end of the antenna element 1b and the antenna connection end 2a are connected, and a metal conductor between the antenna element 1b and the antenna connection end 2a is provided with a second test terminal 6. The position of the second test terminal 6 is a position where electrical length when the antenna 1 side is viewed from the second test terminal at the time of the first test terminal 5 being grounded is a quarter of wavelength of a signal to be used. |
