PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration device that can reduce the possibility of suppressing vibration of an operation plate while securing a certain level of dust resistance and waterproofness, and an electronic apparatus.SOLUTION: A vibration device X1 comprises: a touch panel 3 including an operation area E1 and a non-operation area E2; a vibration body 4 vibrating the touch panel 3; a substrate 5 separated from the touch panel 3 and arranged facing an undersurface 3b of the touch panel 3; and a frame body 6 arranged on the substrate 5 so as to surround the operation area E1 and including a mounting surface 6a on which an elastic member 7 is mounted between the undersurface 3b of the touch panel 3 in the non-operation area E2 and the mounting surface 6a. A separation distance between the undersurface 3b of the touch panel 3 in the non-operation area E2 and the mounting surface 6a of the frame body 6 is smaller at corner parts C1 to C4 of the touch panel 3 than at at least a portion other than the corner parts C1 to C4 of the touch panel 3. |
