摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a stack structure in which a semiconductor element is mounted on each of opposite surfaces of a cooling body and the cooling body and a plurality of capacitors are installed in series in the refrigerant flow direction, that the capacitors on the downstream side of the refrigerant flow are not sufficiently cooled and their temperature rises significantly.SOLUTION: A semiconductor element is mounted on the outside of each of opposite surfaces of a cooling body, and the cooling body and a plurality of capacitors are installed in series in the refrigerant flow direction. In this configuration, the terminals of half of the plurality of capacitors are directed in the same direction as the terminals of the semiconductor elements mounted on one side of the cooling body, while the terminals of the other half are directed in the same direction as the terminals of the semiconductor elements mounted on the other side. Then, conductors connecting the same potential of each capacitor on both sides together are located at a position at which refrigerant circulation inside the capacitor placement is blocked.
