摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique suppressing dispersion of a discharge flow and reducing quality defects of a steel plate due to the dispersion of the discharge flow in removing scum in a snout by arranging a discharge nozzle and a suction nozzle in the snout to form a discharge flow and using the discharge flow in scum removal.SOLUTION: A discharge nozzle 5 of a snout floating scum removal device is composed of a vertical cylindrical part 8 and a discharge part 9 arranged in the upper end part of the vertical cylindrical part 8, and the discharge part 9 comprises a molten zinc flow inlet 10 connected to the vertical cylindrical part, a box-shaped rectification space 11 rectifying the flow of molten zinc flowing in from the molten zinc flow inlet in the vertically upward direction to in the horizontal direction and a discharge outlet 12 discharging molten zinc toward the inside of the snout in the horizontal direction and meets the condition: (the vertical height of the rectification space-the vertical height of the discharge outlet)/the vertical height of the discharge outlet≥0.2. A rectification plate 13 dividing the discharge outlet into a plurality of parts is arranged at a position adjacent to the discharge outlet in the rectification space.
