PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more efficiently control power interchange from a second distribution line to a first distribution line.SOLUTION: An upper limit value of a current that can be supplied from a transformer station to the second distribution line, and distributed power source information including power generation capabilities and installation places of distributed power sources are stored. Measurement data for calculating a current in each block of a distribution system is acquired at an interval of a first predetermined time. The measurement data is used to calculate a current in each block of the second distribution line. The measurement data and the distributed power source information are used to calculate a current in each block of the first distribution line in the case where the distributed power sources are not interconnected to the first distribution line. A first power interchange block is determined in such a manner that a total of currents of the second distribution line and the first power interchange block does not exceed the upper limit value. When the distributed power sources are interconnected later after power interchange to the first power interchange block is started, the measurement data acquisition interval is switched to a third predetermined time that is shorter than the first predetermined time, just in a second predetermined time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
