PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce unnecessary charge/discharge for a power storage device.SOLUTION: An output smoothing device 10 for smoothing output Ps of a power generation system 1 comprising a renewable energy power generation apparatus 3 and a power storage device 5 is provided that comprises: a power generation amount acquisition unit 11 for acquiring a measurement value of a power generation amount Pg of the renewable energy power generation apparatus 3; an approximate function derivation unit 13 for deriving an approximate function having a degree larger than 0 that approximates time series data on measurement values acquired by the power generation amount acquisition unit 11; and a control target value calculation unit 14 for calculating a control target value E, a target value of the output Ps of the power generation system 1, by using the approximate function derived by the approximate function derivation unit 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
