PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vegetable peeling device having a simple and compact structure, and capable of automatically and efficiently performing troublesome peeling of vegetables such as ginger.SOLUTION: A vegetable peeling device is formed by arranging an inner tank 2 in a body case 1 with a lid 5. The inner tank 2 is formed so as to make an inner diameter of a lower half part 3 narrower than that of an upper half part 4. On the inner bottom surface of the inner tank 2 a rotary vane 6 rotatably driven with rotation driving means disposed therebelow is arranged, and a flexible peeling belt 12 is detachably loaded along the inner peripheral surface of the upper half part 4 of the inner tank 2. The peeling belt 12 is composed of a porous plate or configured by forming a punching blade group on the surface of a belt-like plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
