PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily extrude and take out a cut piece from a cutter unit, without impairing workability as a boring machine or a long life.SOLUTION: A boring machine 1 attached to a flange 101 of a branch plug 100 attached to piping 102, and boring a hole on the piping 102 through the flange 101, includes: a body 2 fixed to the flange 101; body through-holes 72 and 81 penetrating the body 2 in a vertical direction; a rotary shaft member 3 provided in the body through-holes so as to vertically move by rotating, and attached with a cutter unit 30 at a lower end; a shaft center hole 23 penetrating the rotary shaft member 3 from a lower end to a center portion; a moving rod 40 provided so as to vertically move in the shaft center hole 23; a first slit 24 communicating from a side surface of the rotary shaft member 3 to the shaft center hole 23; and a first body slit 74 communicating from a side surface of the body 2 to the body through-holes 72 and 81.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
