PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device for an igniter and an igniter system hardly affected by voltage drop of an on-signal voltage to be input to an input terminal and surge voltage, and preventing defective ignition by surely operating a switching element.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device for an igniter has at least an input terminal 2, an output terminal 3 conductively connected to an ignition coil, a ground terminal 4, and a power source terminal 1 conductively connected to stabilization power supply wiring outside of the semiconductor device for the igniter, as external terminals, and further includes a switching element 5 for controlling electric current flowing to the ignition coil, and a drive circuit 7 to which electric power is supplied through the power source terminal 1, and driving the switching element on the basis of a signal input from the input terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
