摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous casting method which suppresses fluctuation of a cast piece surface temperature of Ni-containing steel and suppresses the occurrence of a surface flaw on a product after rolling.SOLUTION: In a water cut-off interval, on a width-directional position of bearing box rate of R<0.2, cooling is performed with an air quantity Qof 20 to 40 Nm/(mHr). On a width-directional position of R≥0.2, there is possibility that a cast piece surface temperature difference from R=0 increases and, therefore, a prediction cast piece surface temperature difference Te is calculated. Upon Te≤35, the position is cooled with the air quantity Q. Upon Te>35, the cooling is performed with another air quantity Q. The air quantity Q1 is a quantity calculated based on Te, Vc, and R. The water cut-off interval is a region which at least contains a range from a bend ending position to a position of the upstream side 3 m of a correction ending position in the interval from the bend ending position to the correction ending position. Further, an external surface of a conveyance roll is cooled with a water quantity density of 0.4 to 20 L/(mmin.).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
