PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor control device capable of appropriately compensating for a pulsation component of torque in accordance with a state of a motor.SOLUTION: Regarding a motor (5) that is rotationally driven by an inverter (3), the motor control device comprises: an axial error estimation part (15) for estimating an axial error (Δθ) that is a difference between an estimated rotation angle and an actual rotation angle; a torque controller (22) which outputs a torque command correction value (I) that increases/decreases a torque command value (I) for suppressing the axial error (Δθ); and a driving signal generation part (14) that outputs a driving signal (PWM signal) to the inverter (3), based on the increased/decreased torque command value (I). The torque controller (22) includes: a correction value limitation part (227) which limits a variation range of the torque command correction value (I) so as to be settled within a designated limitation range; and a limitation range setting part (228) for increasing/decreasing the limitation range, based on a state of the motor (5).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
