PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic inspection device capable of reducing noise overlapped with a reception signal, and improving the visibility in imaging.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic inspection device comprises: a transmission sensor 11 of transmitting an ultrasonic wave 61 to a measurement object 50 existing in a medium 40; a reception sensor 12 having a backup plate 14 having a reception sensor insertion hole 14c and a diaphragm 16 for covering the reception sensor insertion hole 14c. The ultrasonic inspection device measures the distance to the measurement object 50 or visualizes the measurement object 50 by analyzing vibration of the diaphragm 16 with a reflection wave 62 of the ultrasonic wave 61 reflected with the measurement object 50. In the ultrasonic inspection device, a propagation prevention plate 18 having the heat resistance property for reflecting the ultrasonic wave is provided between the backup plate 14 and the diaphragm 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
