PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management device and a management method which, when a business application called from a job scheduler cannot respond detail information during error occurrence, can determines the cause of the error on the basis of an error message of a relevant server which has occurred in the period, and acquiring inspection information which is needed, quickly.SOLUTION: A management device manages a data center having plural servers, the data center relaying transaction processing executed between a host computer of a financial institution and a consumer transaction facility. The management device is configured to: acquire pieces of job information related to a job which has been executed on the server; search for object job information containing a predetermined character string, from the acquired job information; execute a verification command associated to the object job information, to the server which has output the searched object job information for verifying an error; then, execute an inspection information acquisition command for inspecting the error state on the server on the basis of the verified verification result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
