PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular drive device capable of reducing restrictions on mountability to a vehicle while having an oil pump of a separate shaft from an input member drivingly connected to a driving source.SOLUTION: A vehicular drive device comprises an input shaft 13 drivingly connected to an internal combustion engine 2, a transmission mechanism 14, a drive gear 71 arranged coaxially with the input shaft 13 and drivingly connectable to the internal combustion engine 2, an idler gear 72 meshing with the drive gear 71, a driven gear 73 meshing with the idler gear 72 and arranged on a different shaft from the input shaft 13, and a mechanical oil pump 40 operated by driving force from the driven gear 73. The driven gear 73 is arranged closer to a transmission mechanism 14 side than the drive gear 71 in the axial direction of the input shaft 13, and the idler gear 72 is arranged with its axial direction inclined to the axial direction of the input shaft 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
