PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quantitatively evaluate how much an image reading result information prepared by one radiologist matches with the image reading result prepared by the other radiologist.SOLUTION: A radiologist A performs a primary image reading of one or a plurality of medical images generated by an image reading object inspection, inputs a report document, selects a key image which is grounds for diagnosis, and prepares a primary image reading report. Similarly, a radiologist B performs a secondary image reading, and prepares a secondary image reading report. A radiologist C performs a final image reading by referring to the primary image reading report and the secondary image reading report, and prepares an established image reading report. The report document/the key image of the primary image reading report are compared with the report document/the key image of the established image reading report, and a matching degree of the primary image reading report with the established image reading report is calculated. Similarly, the secondary image reading report is compared with the established image reading report, and the matching degree of the secondary image reading report with the established image reading report is calculated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
