PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To send out each workpiece at each desired timing when heating workpieces in a furnace chamber while transporting the workpieces in a double-row state, and sending out the heated workpieces to a succeeding process from the furnace chamber.SOLUTION: A plurality of pieces of sending rollers 21 extending to left and right directions are arranged in one direction at prescribed intervals in a heating furnace 5. The sending rollers 21 are constituted of first and second rollers 24, 25 which are alternately arranged toward one direction. The first roller 24 is formed so that one portion 24R in an axial direction becomes larger in diameter than the other portion 24L. One portion 25R of the second roller 25 corresponding to the one portion 24R of the first roller 24 in one direction is formed so as to be smaller in diameter than the one portion 24R of the first roller 24. The other portion 25L of the second roller 25 corresponding to the other portion 24L of the first roller 24 in one direction is formed so as to be larger in diameter than the other portion 24L of the first roller 24.
