PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support to properly produce a task.SOLUTION: An image provision apparatus according to the present application, includes a reception section, a type classification section, a type extraction section, and a provision section. The reception section receives a reply to a requested task and a determination reason of the replay from a contractor. The type classification section classifies the determination reason received by the reception section into a type based on the determination reason and replay. The type extraction section extracts a determination reason belonging to a prescribed type on the basis of the type classified by the type classification section.
