Provided are an electrode unit capable of preventing electrolyte leakage from the electrode unit, and preventing electrolyte mixing between electrodes; a battery; and a method for producing the battery. An electrode unit 1 equipped with: first electrodes 10, 10 containing an active material and an electrolyte; a first plate-shaped electric conductor 11, both surfaces of which face the first electrodes 10; first covering parts 12, 12 that are conductive and electrolyte-impermeable, are provided between the first electrodes 10 and the first electric conductor 11, cover both surfaces of the first electric conductor 11, and have the first electrodes 10 positioned on the surfaces thereof; a first sealant 13 that is electrolyte-impermeable, forms a frame shape, surrounds the first electrodes 10, is adhered to the peripheral edge section of the first covering parts 12, 12, and seals the first electric conductor 11 along with the first covering parts 12, 12; and a first partition 14 adhered to the first sealant 13, and provided on the first electrodes 10 and the first sealant 13. |
