Provided is a room-temperature-curable organopolysiloxane composition which can be industrially advantageously produced using more highly versatile materials and which cures exceedingly rapidly, has excellent storage stability, and gives a cured object having excellent durability. The room-temperature-curable organopolysiloxane composition comprises the following components (A), (B), and (C). (A) 100 parts by mass of an organopolysiloxane represented by general formula (1) (In formula (1), R1 is a hydrogen atom or a monovalent hydrocarbon group and n is an integer of 1 or larger.) (B) 0.1-30 parts by mass, per 100 parts by mass of the component (A), of a hydrolyzable organosilicon compound represented by general formula (2) and/or a product of partial hydrolytic condensation of the compound (In formula (2), R1 is a hydrogen atom or a monovalent hydrocarbon group, R2 is an alkyl or cycloalkyl group, and a is an integer of 1-3.)
