The present invention relates to an antibacterial composition for combating carbapenem-resistant gram-negative bacteria comprising adenylate kinase (ADK) protein, which is derived from Mycobacterium tuberculosis, as an active ingredient. The ADK protein derived from Mycobacterium tuberculosis according to the present invention has an outstanding antibacterial activity against carbapenem-resistant gram-negative bacteria, and can beneficially be used in various fields as an antibacterial composition.
