In a method for receiving a pilot signal for determining a location in an unlicensed band in a wireless communication system according to one embodiment of the present invention, the method is executed by a terminal, and may comprise the steps of: receiving configuration information regarding a pilot signal for location determination which is transmitted from a section in which signal transmission without channel sensing is permitted within the unlicensed band; detecting the pilot signal for location determination using the configuration information regarding the pilot signal for location determination, and measuring the same; and reporting the measurement result of the pilot signal for location determination to a network.
