A rotating cylinder type compressor has: a circular cylindrical cylinder (21) rotating about a center axis (C1); a circular cylindrical first rotor (22a) and a circular cylindrical second rotor (22b), which rotate about an eccentric axis (C2) eccentric to the center axis (C1) of the cylinder (21); a shaft (24); a first vane (23a); and a second vane (23b). The first vane (23a) is fitted in a slidable manner in a first groove (222a) formed in the first rotor (22a) and separates a first compression chamber (Va). The second vane (23b) is fitted in a slidable manner in a second groove (222b) formed in the second rotor (22b) and separates a second compression chamber (Vb). The first rotor (22a) and the second rotor (22b) are arranged side-by-side in the direction of the center axis (C1) of the cylinder (21).
