The present invention relates to a viscous composition for percutaneous drug delivery, containing colloidal particles formed of a combination of a drug and a biodegradable polymer, wherein the biodegradable polymer comprises a first amphiphilic polymer, to a method for preparing the same, and to a microstructure device using the same. According to the present invention, the colloidal particles are formed by homogenizing the drug in the biodegradable polymer comprising the first amphiphilic polymer while the use of a solvent is minimized, and thus the present system will be a percutaneous drug delivery system which is safe and efficient because of non-use of a separate solvent and is useful for drugs, for which there are no suitable solvents and which have low biological availability or large molecular weights. |
