The present invention relates to a closure (1) with a tamper indication means (11) adapted to be applied to a neck of a liquid bottle. The tamper indication means of the invention comprises a fastening element (19) configured to fasten an indication unit ((14). Furthermore, in accordance with the present invention, an additional hole is provided in a shank end (12) of the tamper indication means which hole communicates with a lower portion of a fitment hole and forms a stop edge with the axial holder (3) being press-fitted in the fitment hole. The simplification of the manufacture of the closure, the closure assembly, and the tamper indication means of the liquid bottle is the technical result of the present invention. Furthermore, the prevention of the possibility of the operation of the tamper indication means of the closure and, as a result thereof, an improvement in the reliability of the closure and closure assembly for a liquid bottle is also the technical result of the present invention.
