IraRubMcOx   [Chemical Formula 1] wherein, M is Fe, Co, Mn, Cu, Ni, Zn, Ti, V, Cr, Pd, Ag, Cd, In, Sn, Au, Os, W, Re, Rh, or a combination thereof, a ratio of a/(b+c) is 0.3 to 3.5, a ratio of b/c is 0.5 to 25, and x has a value ranging from 0.5 to 2.
