PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently prolong lifetime of an overall system which includes a radio communication device driven by a storage battery.SOLUTION: A radio communication device which can transmit and receive data between another communication device transmitting the data to a management server, and the management server by power supply from the storage battery, includes: a first acquisition unit; a second acquisition unit; a first determination unit; and an execution unit. When the first determination unit determines that operation can be continued, the execution unit executes a first operation pattern in which the radio communication device transmits and receives data between the other communication device and the management server, and when the first determination unit determines that operation cannot be continued, the execution unit executes a second operation pattern in which the radio communication device comes to intermittent operation, and also executes a third operation pattern which causes the other communication device to change a communication path so that the other communication device transmits the data to the management server without passing through the radio communication device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
