An OLED pixel circuit, a display device and a control method. The OLED pixel circuit comprises an organic light emitting diode (OLED); a driving transistor (Tdriver), wherein a drain electrode is connected with the organic light emitting diode (OLED); a first switch unit (T1) used for outputting a power source signal to a source electrode of the driving transistor (Tdriver) in a light emitting period; a second switch unit (T2) used for outputting a data signal to a gate electrode of the driving transistor (Tdriver) in a current scanning period; a compensation unit comprising a capacitor structure (Cst); and a charging control unit used for outputting a charging signal to the capacitor structure (Cst) in a charging period, and charging the capacitor structure (Cst), so as to enable the capacitor structure (Cst) to maintain the gate voltage of the driving transistor (Tdriver) in the light emitting period, wherein the voltage value of the charging signal is greater than the actual voltage value of the data signal. The design flexibility of a driving circuit is improved and the normal compensation of the threshold voltage is ensured. |
