PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine cover lock device of an outboard engine which enables effective and proper interference adjustment of a seal member and achieves improvement of a seal function etc.SOLUTION: In an engine cover lock device of an outboard engine, a lock arm 13 having an engagement part 13a, which may engage with a hook provided at an upper cover, is connected and supported by a lower cover 3 through a link member 14. The engine cover lock device includes an adjuster 16 capable of adjusting a vertical position of a supporting point at which the link member 14 is rotatably supported in the lower cover 3. The vertical position of the supporting point 15 is adjusted by the adjuster 16 to adjust a height of the engagement part 13a relative to the hook.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
