PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content recommendation system and a content recommendation method for recommending a content including the information on beauty suitable for a user.SOLUTION: A content recommendation system includes a smartphone 3 equipped with a skin state measurement device 1 for measuring a surface state of a measurement object, and a data management server 5 for determining a measurement result from the measurement information. The data management server 5 compares an attribute associated with each content in a content attribute table with an attribute associated with each user in a user-by-user content attribute table.
