摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel battery that can continue power generation thereof without separately supplementing water to a water reservoir even when the water level of the water reservoir decreases to a value less than the lower limit of the normal level.SOLUTION: A fuel battery system includes: a lower position detecting sensor 45a for detecting an abnormal level C3 of the water level W of reforming water reserved in a water reservoir 14 at which it is difficult for a pump 11b2 to pump up the reforming water to the reforming unit 33; a high position detection sensor 45b for detecting a normal level C1 at which the water level W of the reforming water exceeds a high position L1 between an overflow position Lo and the abnormal level C3; a control device 15 which determines that the water level W is in a normal range C1 and controls the output of a fuel battery 34 to a steady state when the high position detection sensor 45b is detecting the normal level C1, and determines that the water W is in an output restriction range C2 and reduces the output of the fuel battery 34 when the low position detecting sensor 45a does not detect the abnormal level C3 and the high position detecting sensor 45b does not detect the normal level C1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
