摘要 In the present invention, a first dosimeter 31 is disposed in an irradiation nozzle 12 and capable of measuring a first dose of charged particle radiation. A second dosimeter 33 is disposed on a beam transport line 13 and capable of measuring a second dose of charged particle radiation. The response frequency of the second dosimeter 33 is higher than the response frequency of the first dosimeter 31. The first dosimeter 31 is capable of measuring the dose of charged particle radiation immediately prior to irradiating a subject P, whereas the second dosimeter 33 can measure the dose of charged particle radiation in the beam transport line 13 at a higher response frequency than the first dosimeter 31. The dose of charged particle radiation can be measured with the second dosimeter 33 even in the case of high-speed scanning irradiation.
