Provided is a cell deterioration evaluation device equipped with: a feature quantity estimated value computation unit for computing estimated values of feature quantities of a plurality of secondary cells; a feature quantity identification value computation unit for computing identification values of the feature quantities, by a computational process different from that of the feature quantity estimated value computation unit; and a feature quantity evaluation unit for evaluating the extent of deterioration of each of the plurality of secondary cells, on the basis of the difference between the estimated values and the identification values. |
