The present invention relates to a method for mass producing mesenchymal stem cell-derived proteins including various growth factors and cytokines, a culture medium of mesenchymal stem cells containing the proteins in a large amount produced by the production method, and a cosmetic composition and a pharmaceutical composition containing the culture medium for skin regeneration, wrinkle alleviation, hair loss prevention, hair loss treatment or hair growth promotion. The method for mass producing mesenchymal stem cell-derived proteins of the present invention significantly increases the quantity of various growth factors and proteins which are known to be expressed in a very small amount or not expressed from mesenchymal stem cells through typical culturing methods. Also, the culture medium of mesenchymal stem cells prepared by the method contains a large amount of various types of cytokines and growth factors, thereby having an outstanding effect on skin regeneration, wrinkle alleviation, hair loss prevention, hair loss treatment and hair growth promotion. |
