A solid ingredient box comprises an ingredient box body (1), a feeding threaded rod (2), a rotating shaft (3), a forward rotating mechanism (4), a reverse rotating mechanism (5) and a flat plate (6). The ingredient box body (1) comprises an ingredient cavity (11), a conveying cavity (121) and a discharge port (122). The feeding threaded rod (2) is sheathed on the rotating shaft (3), is put in the conveying cavity (121), is communicated with the ingredient cavity (11) and the discharge port (122), and is used for moving solid ingredients flowing out from the ingredient cavity to the discharge port (122). The forward rotating mechanism (4) and the reverse rotating mechanism (5) are respectively sheathed on the rotating shaft (3). Two incomplete rack structures (61, 63) are arranged on the flat plate (6) in parallel, and two racks thereof can be respectively engaged with gears (42, 52) in the forward rotating mechanism (4) and the reverse rotating mechanism (5). When the rotating shaft forwards or reversely rotates, and the gear in the forward or reverse rotating mechanism is engaged with the racks on the flat plate (6), the flat plate can be driven to perform forward or reverse translation to automatically open or close the discharge port (122); and when the gear in the forward or reverse rotating mechanism is disengaged from the racks on the flat plate, the discharge port (122) is kept in an open or closed state. |
