PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding device capable of preventing reductions in quality and yield by reducing the abrasion of a winding target article.SOLUTION: After a predetermined amount of a carbon fiber bundle is wound on a first spindle, the position of a guide part is moved along the width direction of the first spindle, a turrent part is rotated in a circumferential direction at timing T12 when a position detection part detects the operation start position of a cutting part, and a line of thread which comes to the cutting position of the cutting part after a second spindle positioned on the rear side of the first spindle in a revolving direction is cut by the cutting part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
