PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal insulation material having a high heat resistance.SOLUTION: There is used an air-permeable structure, from which contained gases leave in the vacuum. In order that the gas contained in the air by the air-permeable structure, a foamed layer containing independent air bubbles is formed between the air-permeable structure and a thermal protection object. In order to prevent the immersion into the air-permeable structure and to reflect the sunlight or to radiate the heat input from the outside, a protective layer 233 is formed on the surface of the air-permeable structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5D |
