PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colored photosensitive resin composition which achieves the reduction in generation of stripped pieces in a developing solution after developing.SOLUTION: A colored photosensitive resin composition includes colorant, resin, a polymerizable compound, a polymerization initiator, and a thiol compound. The colorant includes a xanthene dye and pigment. The polymerization initiator includes an o-acyloxime compound. Preferably, the xanthene dye comprises a compound represented by formula (1a) [R1-R4 independently represent H, a substituted/unsubstituted C1-C20 alkyl group or the like; R5 is -OH, -SO3-, -SO3H or the like; R6-R7 independently represent H or a C1-C6 alkyl group; m is an integer of 0 to 5; a is 0 or 1; X is halogen].SELECTED DRAWING: None |
