PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container-packed beverage containing an indigestible dextrin which, while maintaining water-like taste, suppresses stronger and more unpleasant off-flavor of the indigestible dextrin generated by long-term storage of the container-packed beverage containing the indigestible dextrin and not containing a sour component, a sweet component, and a salty component and maintains flavor after the long-term storage, and a method for producing the container-packed beverage.SOLUTION: In a container-packed beverage containing an indigestible dextrin and not containing a sour component, a sweet component, and a salty component, the content of the indigestible dextrin is adjusted in the range of 0.5-2.5 wt.% with respect to the total weight of the beverage, and carbon dioxide is contained to adjust a gas pressure in the range of 0.2-0.35 MPa. Consequently, a container-packed beverage containing an indigestible dextrin can be obtained which, while maintaining water-like taste, suppresses stronger and more unpleasant off-flavor of the indigestible dextrin generated by long-term storage.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
