PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the structure of an A/D conversion circuit.SOLUTION: An A/D conversion circuit converting an input first signal into a second signal includes: a comparator circuit 112a that compares the voltage of the first signal and the voltage based on which the value sequentially changes; an A/D conversion control circuit 112b that outputs a digital signal as the digital value whose value changes sequentially as a fourth signal and outputs a digital signal as the digital value corresponding to the voltage value of the first signal as a second signal in accordance with a third signal on the basis of the comparison result of the comparator circuit; and a D/A conversion circuit 112c that converts the input fourth signal into an analog signal and outputs the converted analog signal as a fifth signal. The comparator circuit includes a transistor including a source, a drain, a first gate, and a second gate. The first signal is input to the first gate, the fifth signal is input to the second gate, and the voltage of one of the source and the drain corresponds to the voltage of the third signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
